Terms & Policies
Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. Balance remaining on all trips will be due 3 weeks prior to ride departure date. If the booking is being made 3 weeks or less from the date of departure, full payment will be required at time of booking.
The 50% deposit is fully refundable if a written cancellation notice is received more than 3 weeks prior to departure date. If cancellation is within the 3 week period, the 50% deposit is non - refundable. This is non - negotiable. Monies paid will not be transferable to another trip or future year.
With a herd of 50+ horses, we can accommodate just about anyone but please note that some restrictions on age and weight do apply. Please call to discuss this if you have any concerns.
Gratuities for our staff are customary and very much appreciated!
All guests departing on any of our hourly, day, 4, 6 & 8 day rides must sign an indemnity waiver before any departure. The waivers must be witnessed by a Horseback Adventures Ltd. employee and require your full mailing address and signature. If our guests are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will be required to sign along with the under aged rider.
While we highly recommend wearing a helmet, we do not supply them, so if you wish to wear one or have your child wear one, please be sure to bring them with you.
Prices are based on the following payment methods: Personal cheque, e-transfer and cash. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Add 3% for credit card processing.
Canada Border Crossing Services
All visitors to Canada that have been convicted of any crime, even a DUI, may be detained at the border. Please be sure to find out how you can avoid being refused at the port of entry before coming for your trip.
